Upon termination, your license ends, and you must cease use of subscriber materials. Sections intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, governing law, and dispute resolution, will continue to apply.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any dispute not resolved amicably within thirty days shall be finally settled by international arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules by one arbitrator seated in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The language of the arbitration is English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief in a competent court to protect rights pending arbitration.
